When on risk of life is incurred in recovering lost articles and such articles are recovered within the limits of the port, 5% of their value plus the expenses actually incurred in salvaging. |

Where risk of life is incurred, Not less than 25% of their value, plus the expenses actually incurred in salvaging. |

|
The Deputy Conservator may, at his discretion, incerease the charge where risk of life is incurred, having regard to all the circumstances of the case. |

Hire of 25.4 m meter for temporary supply of water from the Port Trust main exclusive of the charge for fixing it. |

Every tanker berthed at Oil Piers will be liable to pay Rs.5000/- as cleaning charge on each arrival. |

Shippers bringing in dirty/bulk cargo for shipment will at the discretion of the Wharf Authorities be charged cleaning charges subject to minimum of Rs.3000/- per consignment. Above cleaning charges will also be payable on bulk consignments taken delivery directly Ex-vessels. |

Note (1) : The charges for any exceptional services not included in the above Table shall be at such rates or of such amounts as may be fixed by the Board in each particular case. Note (2) : Cost of damages caused to KPT property/installations will be recoverable from the defaulters on the basis of estimates prepared by the concerned departments of KPT. The vehicles/equipment involved in the accident will only be released after payment of cost of damages.
